There is a separate email discussion list for Wyewood's officers. Subscription instructions are as follows.

• You will receive a confirmation message, which you must reply to in order to finish subscribing. Just follow the instructions in the message.

Rotation for officers in charge of waivers at Full Contact Socials:

What it means to be in charge of waivers:
For the purposes of insurance and waivers, our socials are considered events, so everyone has to sign in. Members need to fill out the attendance sheets listed below. Nonmembers need to sign one of the waiver forms for nonmembers (also linked below).
The officer in charge also needs to stay to the end of the FCS to make sure that everyone is out of the site on time.

So, here are the dates for the next couple of months, with the person in charge that evening. If you will have a conflict, let everyone else know as soon as possible!
