EXCHEQUER (Sofia reporting): Checking account balance: $5801.58, Savings account balance: $6691.61. ($1000 in deposits for 12th Night 2017 and St. Bubba Feast have recently been paid from our checking account.)

CHRONICLER (Vashti reporting): She’d like to have the process for submitting minutes to the Officers, fb, the email list, newsletter, and website clarified. It was recommended that the Chronicler post the minutes in full to the Baronial email list, requesting that any corrections or additions be provided to her prior to the next FCS night. A message on Facebook will direct members to review the minutes as posted in the Baronial email list. If there are no corrections received, she will ensure the minutes are posted to the Baronial website in time for the FCS following the business meeting. If there are corrections, they should be entered and the amended minutes posted to the email list again. If there are no corrections received, she will ensure the minutes are posted to the Baronial website in time for the FCS following the business meeting.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

ARTS UNFRAMED (Alessandra reporting): We made money! Profit $500.16 (included in bank balances). 12 people completed the Laurel Scavenger Hunt. 19 people brought 129 books! 10-15 A&S displays. 65 paying adults attended. 1 hour set-up time was a bit short, will adjust for next year, tentatively scheduled for October 15, 2016. The school worked great. May move the A&S Consult Table next year to main area. I don’t know for sure if we will increase set-up time. If we have more hands on deck we would need less time. Will do more advertising next year!
