The Shire of Wyewood bids you a jubilant Summer's greeting!
With harvest still months away,
With the herds still in the high meadows,
With the days still long and warm,
Wyewood calls for all aspiring competitors to step forth and embrace the challenge of becoming one of the next Champions.
Join us for a day of competition in Archery, Rapier, Heavy Combat, and Arts & Sciences.
Medieval games of bocce, mancala, nine-man morris, as well as the ever-popular stool-ball will entertain throughout the day.
Children are needed!
A pied-piper was paid good coin to lure the rats away in a timely manner, but Plague Rats may still persist!
Only through the wily persistence of our youth can we hope to rid ourselves of these belligerent rodents.
As the light begins to wane, and the final arrow has been strung, prepare your appetites.
Being Wyewood, food is never far from our minds.
The evening feast will be a menu of Ancient Mediterranean origin, featuring a spitted lamb.
