Officer’s Reports
Seneschal
Virtual Meet and Greet Tuesday, In Person at FCS
Sent notices about open positions- Exchequer (see below), Arts and Sciences, Chronicler
Exchequer
Not present, no report yet.
We have one applicant for the next Exchequer- Mistress Sara de Bonneville; has done it previously. Willing to do it for 2 years, would like a deputy.
Bank Balances from the Statement
As of April 30th bank balances are:
Herald- Not present, no report.
Minister of Arts and Sciences
Working at the level she is able due to health reasons, would like a replacement as soon as we are able.
Athenaeum is coming up as a major Arts and Sciences Event; there is exhibitor room left.
Embers and Ambrosia is also an Arts and Sciences Classes Event
Rapier- Consistent practice, lots of attendance. One minor incident, report submitted.
Archery-
Still happening; good sized turnouts (10 ish on Wednesdays, 15ish on Weekends)
Cardboard Needed for Targets (26x 28/30 in)
May need new Tarps
Leo is going to pick up bales for Spear Targets and we have pallets; Hard Targets are in Simon’s Storage Shed); Leo will be running TW at Day of Archery/LH
Webster- Added items to calendar, will be adding more info about polling.
Social Media- Limiting her time on FB, but no major trolls or incursions.
Chatelaine- No report
Coronets-
Progress- Crown, Embers and Ambrosia (Maybe), DoA/LH, JuneFair
PLEASE VOTE IN THE POLLING. Yes, we have one set of candidates, but if not enough people poll, the Crown will do it again.
If you have last minute award recs for DoA/LH, we need them ASAP.
We could use more Wyewood Made Largess so we have it to pass on to our Nexcellencies.
Old Business
LH/DoA
No class coordinator, so we may not have classes.
Gabri is helping Tymme as an assistant from Wyewood given OGGS upheaval.
Some TW expenses, but charging those to the annual archery budget.
Tymme and Jade have a working spreadsheet of what is needed and who is bringing it.
Will coordinate with Rasmuss to get what is needed.
Another Maintenance day is scheduled and will be pushed to

Simon and Gabri are our Stewards
Have lined up a lunch steward and it sounds amazing! Menu- smoked pork, side of macaroni and cheese, side of potato salad, side of green salad.
Gate is going to be run by Hauk of Wyewood (Michael Lazeretti) (will do the class ahead of time).
Will check in with Rasmuss so he gets it on his calendar.
New Business
Ben has more Wyewood stickers in the works and will have them for sale soon.
