Next step will be to create a schedule.

Will be scheduling 2 ADA biffies for the event.

Tymme is looking for someone who would want to coordinate classes.

Wyewood Champions is on the Kingdom Calendar for September 6. A bid is needed ideally by next month.

New Business
Myskia Billingr from Blatha an Oir joined to ask about two joint efforts.
They would like to use the archery site for Lord Defender on July 26. A suggestion was made that BaO contribute to the effort of range maintenance. They donated 10% of profits from last year and plan to do so again. Decision was delayed pending discussion with the archery community because they would not be able to practice that day.

Our Archery community is invited to manage the range at Autumn War/Emprise. There would be an option to buy into the event if desired. At this point, they need to know if there is interest in moving forward.Tymme suggested putting the question forward to our archery community to see if there is a Marshal who would be interested. Myskia clarified that an answer will be needed by BaO’s March business meeting.
